20 Teams are competing to be the Sultans of Smoke, the Masters of Meat, the Champions of Char! And you get to sample their selections and vote for the Best in BBQ!

Boston Butt Competition
The Main Competition! All teams will be grilling at least 2 Boston Butts for the esteemed PIG PIG Judging Panel and the People’s Choice
Anything But Butt
Teams have the option of competing in the Anything But Butt competition to show off their creative grilling skills. Whatever you want to grill, bring it.
People's Choice
People attending the event can participate in the People’s Choice Award. The public will be invited to sample the Butts and Anything But Butts and vote on their favorite.
